Courses are non-transferable and non-refundable. To avail of special discounts on courses, payment must be made in full before starting courses and completed within 6 months. Due to EU regulations, it is no longer viable for us to offer sunbed courses. Gift Vouchers are non-transferable, and can be used for treatments only. We require a 24 hour notice for cancellations of all treatments booked either directly or online, otherwise 50% of the treatment will be charged. A 24 hour patch test is required for waxing, tinting and Laser. For facial and body treatments please arrive 15 min prior to your appointment to allow you to fully relax before your treatment. Please inform reception or your therapist if you are pregnant, have a major health condition, a change in prescribed medication or have recently undergone surgery. All treatments are strictly confidential and by appointment only. You will be required to fill in a client information card on your first visit to us.
