Courses are non-transferable and non-refundable. To avail of special discounts on courses, payment must be made in full before starting courses and completed within 6 months. Gift Vouchers are non-transferable, and can be used for treatments and in store products only. We require a 24 hour notice for cancellations of all treatments booked either directly or online, otherwise 50% of the treatment will be charged. A 24 hour patch test is required for waxing, tinting and Laser. Please inform reception or your therapist if you are pregnant, have a major health condition, a change in prescribed medication or have recently undergone surgery.
