Courses are non-transferable and non-refundable. To avail of special discounts on courses, payment must be made in full before starting courses and completed within 6 months. Gift Vouchers are non-transferable, valid for 6 months, and can be used for treatments only. We require a 24 hour notice for cancellations of all treatments booked, otherwise 50% of the treatment will be charged. A 24 hour patch test is required for waxing, tinting and Laser. For facial and body treatments please arrive 15 min prior to your appointment to allow you to fully relax before your treatment. Please inform reception or your therapist if you are pregnant, have a major health condition, a change in prescribed medication or have recently undergone surgery.
